Our Difference in Renovation Cleaning
We understand the unique needs of hospitality venues and share the goal of providing rooms and common areas that are guest-ready on time. Our teams keep quality and efficiency top-of-mind and work with properties tirelessly to meet these goals under tight timelines for opening.
Case History in Renovation
Working with a flexible partner is essential during renovations. Delays can cascade and, without the right partner, can set back openings for weeks or even months. HSS recently completed a renovation with a major hotel brand in Los Angeles. We worked with the property as well as their contracted renovation company on the project.
The renovation cleanup originally called for 4 staff to prepare the recently renovated property for guests. Because of last minute delays, the client called for a last-minute addition of 17 cleaning staff.
HSS was able to quickly react and provided the needed staff in less than 24 hours. Working for 10 days, the crew was able to clean the property with no delays or disruptions to guests’ schedules.
